Primebuild Construction Limited handles complete construction projects from the initial stage of inception through to practical completion. That means one contractor carries the work from the first setting-out peg to the final snag being signed off, rather than a client stitching together separate trades and absorbing the gaps between them.
The work is carried out by trained and highly experienced artisans - masons, carpenters, plumbers and electricians - who hold certified grade tests awarded at the Directorate of Industrial Training. DIT grade testing is the national trade standard in Kenya, and it is the difference between a tradesman who says they can do the work and one whose competence has been assessed against a published benchmark.
Primebuild is registered by the National Construction Authority and by the Ministry of Water & Sanitation, and works for both corporate and individual clients on projects across Kenya.
